Terms of service

1.The service

CDSBench publishes credit news for CDS markets and runs Mastermind, a private analysis workspace. Mastermind reads documents you provide, such as an indenture or prospectus, tests the instrument against the Deliverable Obligation characteristics, and shows the clause behind each finding. It uses an AI model together with deterministic rules and says when a term is not stated in your documents rather than guessing.

Results are informational. They are produced by software, can be wrong, and are not legal, investment or trading advice. They do not replace a Determinations Committee decision, counsel or your own judgement; check the quoted clauses before you rely on a result.

2.Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or with Google. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in. One account is for one person; a Desk plan covers the number of people it lists.

You can delete your account at any time on the account page, once your subscription has ended. Deletion removes your cases and documents; invoices are kept as the law requires. A case you made public stays public until you ask us to remove it. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, for example by automated bulk use, attempts to bypass limits or payment fraud.

3.Your uploads

You may upload documents you have the right and authority to use for analysis. You are responsible for that authority. CDSBench treats every upload as customer-private: it is stored against the email you give, processed for your analysis only and sent to our AI model provider for that purpose only (for long documents, such as an indenture, only the sections that state the terms it checks; short documents, under about 60,000 characters, whole), never published unless you choose to, never searchable and never used to train models.

If you choose “Make this case public”, you confirm that you hold the rights, or the authority, to publish those documents and the facts derived from them; the entity, instrument, documents, facts and questions then become public, your email does not. Any violation of copyright, licence terms, confidentiality or other rights arising from that publication is yours and you bear the risk, and you will indemnify mrbooz AB against claims arising from material you upload or publish; CDSBench acts on your instruction and does not review the material beforehand, and removes it on request.

4.Reusing public content

Public content on CDSBench (news summaries, published cases and their results) may be quoted with attribution to CDSBench and a link to the source page. Source documents shown on CDSBench belong to their publishers and are shown only to the extent their terms permit; reuse them under the publisher’s terms, not ours. CDSBench’s own structured layer (case relationships, verified outcomes, questions, analyses and news summaries) is CDSBench’s.

5.Billing

News, following companies and the example case are free. Private Mastermind analysis requires a paid plan. Each plan includes a number of new cases per month and re-runs of existing cases, as shown on /pricing; unused cases do not carry over to the next month. Only completed analyses count against the allowance; failed runs never do. To protect the service, each account also has a monthly limit on AI processing that normal use of the plan stays well within, and very large uploads may need to be split. Paid plans are billed through Stripe-hosted checkout; prices are those shown on /pricing at purchase and are kept for the life of a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Referrals

A subscriber with an active paid plan may share a personal referral link. A new subscriber who starts a self-serve plan through it receives 15% off their subscription for 12 months, and once that subscription starts the referrer receives 15% off theirs for 12 months, provided the referrer’s subscription is still active and not set to cancel. One reward per referred subscriber; self-referrals, existing or former subscribers and team seats do not qualify. Discounts do not stack: a further referral restarts the 12 months at 15%. The referral discount replaces other promotions on the same subscription and has no cash value. We may withdraw a referral reward obtained by abuse.

6.Accuracy, corrections and availability

Every published result derives from a stored run; errors are corrected and the change is logged; see the data policy. Published cases rest on independently verified outcomes and on sources whose terms permit publication.

The service is provided as is, may change, and may be unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by law, mrbooz AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of results, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8.Trademarks

Company, model and publisher names are used to identify the entities, systems and sources referred to. No endorsement, sponsorship or partnership is implied.

9.Governing law and changes

The service is provided by mrbooz AB, Sweden. These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are settled by Swedish courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live. We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page and to subscribers by email before they take effect, and continued use after that means you accept them.
